Summary
A very small engagement when Yorkists under John Neville, Marquess of Montagu were attacked by a Lancastrian force. Some Lancastrians under Lords Roos and Hungerford withdrew before battle commenced. The Yorkist overwhelmed the remaining Lancastrians many of whom were killed including Sir Ralph Percy.
