Summary
King Edward led a force which was better equipped and numerically superior to the Lancastrian 'rebels' under Sir Robert Welles. Most of the rebels fled after the first few rounds from the king's artillery. Sir Robert was captured and executed. Both the earl of Warwick and the kings brother Clarence were implicated in the plot.
