Summary
A series of 'battles' in the area to the northeast of Lake Garda. Davidovich's arm of the Austrian pincer forced back the French under Vaubois. Although many of the Austrians were raw recruits they were well lead in a series of flanking moves which kept the French destabilised. Losses were significant on both sides.
Location
Two villages to the northeast of Lake Garda. Cembra about 19 miles northnortheast of Calliano both in the vallay of the river Adige.
